After having 3 companies come out, Patty was very enthusiastic about the property and its potential, the other 2 companies not so much. Patty gave great advice on what needed to be fixed or improved. gave references on contractors when I needed help fixing certain items. Patty was also on top of marketing and changing pictures around when needed. I would recommend any person selling property to use Patty and the firm she represents. In my opinion Patty helped me get the maximum amount. (My siblings were really surprised at the price we received for the property)
