We will eventually be re-locating to Kalama, and because we don’t know a lot about the area, we relied heavily on Debbie to educate us about the area and the real estate, in particular. We ended up purchasing a lot, but before closing on it, she introduced us to a local builder who walked the lot with us to make sure we weren’t overlooking anything. Debbie and the builder also provided names of architects. Because of her support and her connections with others in the community, we felt very confident about purchasing the lot. We would recommend Debbie to anyone who is interested in purchasing property in the Kalama area!
