I’m a second generation Realtor with a vast knowledge and understanding of the local area and real estate market.
I grew up in the charming town of Kalama, and am still proud to call this wonderful community “home”. I’ve been selling real estate here since 2007. I love the multiple layers of my profession; touring properties, writing contracts, guiding clients though the process, and being creative with marketing. I specialize in residential real estate and vacant land sales, as both a buyers agent and sellers agent.
In my free time, my husband and I enjoy all that living in the Pacific Northwest has to offer; camping, hiking, riding side by sides, snowmobiling, and BBQ’s at home.
This is more than just a career to me, it's something that I love. I understand that buying or selling is a huge step in your life, and I want the process to be an exciting one for you. I want to be by your side every step of the way. I'm hard working, down-to-earth, and appreciative of your investment in me as your realtor. Together we can make your dreams come true.
Emory sold our home in a very professional manor, was easy to work with, and it was a great experience. I would highly recommend her. – Joshua Dennis
Emory helped my husband and I a lot during the home buying process. We were first time home buyers and needed a lot of hand holding. She was helpful, patient, and responsive. We are now living in a home we love! – Jennifer Myklebust
If I were to summarize my impression of Emory I would say: competent, kind, and proud of her community. We met Emory from a random Zillow listing about a house in Kalama. It looked interesting so we clicked on “contact an agent”. Within a few minutes we were talking to Emory. My wife has lived in Vancouver for her entire life. I have lived here for over 50 years. We had no intention of leaving Vancouver or the house we have lived in for 35 years. Even though we knew nothing about Kalama other than it was a town you drove through on the way to Seattle. We decided to look at the house after talking to Emory on the phone. Within seconds of walking through the front door of the house, we were in love with the place. Our only reservation was the location. Emory helped us by patiently educated us on the Kalama real estate market and the community. She never pressured us and let us ask what seemed like an endless series of questions. Without her calm and kind education, we would never have purchased our dream home. I would highly recommend Emory to anyone looking for a home in the Kalama area. – Marc Berg
