Taryn was very aggressive in looking for properties for me. She clearly understood what I wanted and tailored her searches accordingly. She sent me recommendations almost daily. I eventually found the house I wanted myself because a close friend made the recommendation, but unfortunately by the time I discovered the house sale there already was a bidding war going on with only a few hours to close the deal. I engaged in the last minute bidding war with four other pre-qualified people with only a few hours to lock in as the highest bidder. Because Taryn engaged quickly with skill, I actually beat out the competition and I got the house for a good price.
